Guruji’s Timed Forward Bends

I was reading through Richard's notebooks and found this amazing sequence with the following quote: "In 1963, Guruji used to practice timed forward bends with students, some foreigners, in silence, no instruction." 

He had been taking notes from one of Prashant Iyengar's classes, so I'll take it this is from the source. Despite the photos, all poses should be done with props and the head resting.
