One-on-One with David

Our One-on-One session can help you become more comfortable with practicing yoga in your own home. Want to work on a particular pose? Need more of a personal introduction to Iyengar yoga?

A One-on-One session can help you:

Start your yoga journey: Explore the basics of Iyengar yoga with me before committing to an online class.

Review your basics: Maybe you haven't taken yoga for a while, or want to supplement your online classes. Let's make sure you've got your fundamentals going in the right direction.

Take it a step further: Whether you're exploring or improving a new pose (for example, headstand or shoulder stand), I'll work with you to design your own session for our time together.
